Animastria™ and the Unlost Gladstone is a limited-run tabletop puzzle experience produced in small batches. Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of production:

3. Pre-Orders and Limited Production
When purchasing during a pre-order period:

Once an order has shipped, refunds are not guaranteed.
Damage or defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photographic documentation.

Animastria™ LLC products are produced in limited quantities. The current release is limited to 500 units. Once this quantity is reserved, ordering may close without notice.
Pre-orders secure your place in the production queue for the current release.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We do not offer deposits, installment plans, or layaway options.
Payment secures your order but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
3. Production and Fulfillment Timelines
Estimated fulfillment windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Production timelines may be affected by:

Support Tiers are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
